If Any of You Lacks Wisdom… and Who Doesn’t?
Daily emails to my church (sent out the night before):
Dear Church,
It was great worshipping with you on this Lord’s Day. And I hope you are ready for an exciting week.
The verses we are going to be using to grow our faith this week are as follows:
Monday – James 1:5-8
Tuesday – 1 Corinthians 10:31
Wednesday – Matthew 6:33
Thursday – Matthew 6:14-15
Friday – Romans 12:18-19
Here is tomorrow’s verse:
If any of you lacks wisdom, (then) let him ask of God, (promise) who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. But (condition) let him ask in faith, (meaning) with no doubting, (why) for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. For (result) let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; (why) he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways – James 1:5-8.
I am looking forward to hearing how the Lord grows your faith through these five verses this week and how you put what He tells you into action.
Until He comes,
